FINDING YOUR PERSONAL PEACE

To live our lives peacefully is a desire born in all of us. We feel a deep inner need to experience our personal world from the calm of our own loving heart. As every day brings new challenges, the serenity we seek often seems difficult to find.

Fortunately, many of us are successful in calming our thoughts and emotions through meditation. Meditation takes many different forms. We may repeat in the manner of a mantra “I am at peace, I am at peace, I am at peace.”

Some of us may choose from the hundreds of possible affirmations which are designed to calm our soul and ground our energies.

I know of one serene soul who regularly writes to her angels as a way of accessing peace for herself and her family.

In our need to relax and recoup our vitality, some of us pray to that high energy we see as an all powerful cosmic force or to our idea of god. Every religion or spiritual group has its prescribed way of accessing the state of peace, the stillness.

WE LONG FOR THE PEACE OF THE STILLNESS THAT WE MAY CLEARLY HEAR THE VOICE OF SPIRIT. We want guidance, direction, wisdom. When our own worries are occupying every thought of ours, peace becomes just a wish or a dream. The need to step away from our own turmoil is not only necessary but from moment to moment it can become urgent.

Thinking on all of these things, I began to wonder if there might be one, just one, sure fire method of becoming peaceful at any given moment. And, yes, I do believe there is one specific, effective and easy way to bring peace to yourself now, this minute.

That method is pure and simple gratitude. It is thankfulness for everyone and everything in your life. If ever you find yourself whirling in the proverbial life stew, stop! Begin to look at every good and bad thing in your life and be grateful.

Of course it is obvious that you appreciate the “good” for the pleasure it brings, but know also that your experience of the “bad” is offering you a wonderfully powerful way to learn and to grow. EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE IS THERE TO TEACH AND INSPIRE YOU!

Be assured that you cannot experience stress, worry and fear at the same time that you are mentally and emotionally entertaining a state of pure gratitude. Decide today to make thankfulness a daily part of your spiritual practice. GRATITUDE IS LOVE EXPRESSED.

Express your gratitude and thankfulness often. Express that emotion to your spirit and soul. Express it to yourself, to your loved ones, to your friends as well as to your difficult acquaintances! Speak the words and write notes of thankfulness. Gratitude is a dynamic powerful tool that always brings peace and joy to your life.

I am grateful that my gift of service is expressed through my counseling and teaching. If I can answer any life questions for you, please call for your private appointment. Using your guides and teachers as well as my own, you will receive the guidance and direction you want for your journey.

PEACE

Peace! The word has been my focus for many days now. The word seems to be engraved on my mind and heart.

My tendency to yearn for a return to peace does not seem to be because of the unrest and combative attitude of the world’s countries at large. It seems that I am more concerned with the number of clients I see daily who are worried about the unsettled quality of their personal lives.

I counsel with one person after another who expresses concern over relationships that seem to be increasingly combative. They tell me that arguments appear to be more frequent. It troubles many clients that these disagreements are arising from the shallowest differences of opinion and escalating to unbelievable heights!

It is obvious that if you or I cannot access our own calm, peaceful center, we cannot be at peace with ourselves. When we are not centered, when we are not grounded, it is most assuredly impossible to improve our relationships.

Furthermore when we are not centered and at peace with ourselves and our lives, it becomes increasingly difficult to hear the direction of Spirit. No matter how earnestly our guides and teachers would desire to help us, the din of our own confusion and unrest drown their gentle voices.

I stated earlier that my need to see more peace did not seem to come directly from the current world difficulties. However, I believe that the unrest I have seen in my clients is being stirred by the energies that are circling our globe.

While all of us, including myself, yearn for peace in our world, the creation of peace must start with each of us individually. It must begin with allowing our uniqueness to simply “be” without insisting that our friends and neighbors be our clones.

As long as our disagreements are simply verbal and of no physical hurtfulness, let us decide to have our differences of opinions without fear or without retaliating.

As I use my psychic skills to read for people, it is obvious that each of us operate our lives from the very best that we know. It becomes clear, regardless of the nature and quality of our actions, that we are each endowed with the Creator’s spirit and energy, a truly beautiful spark of life and individuality.

As we begin to honor the divine spark of life in each other every day and in every situation, we will all find the Peace that passes understanding.

It is my joy to help you with your life path and relationships. Call me with any of your personal challenges. Each appointment is kept in strictest confidence. Your channeled reading is recorded for you to review in the privacy of your home.

GO AHEAD. TAKE CHARGE!

How much control are you willing to exert over your own life? It is your life and it should be the very best life you can imagine or design.

Lately we have all heard, read or seen a lot about “The Secret” or the basics of the law of attraction. If you own that book or saw the movie you may be familiar with the work of Charles Haanel who was mentioned.

Twice I read Mr. Haanel’s book “The Master Key”. Later a generous friend of mine later gave me the audio book of the same work. At first I wondered why he would give me the audio version of a book I had already read twice.

The unexpected effect of having the book read to me was a surprise! It was many times more powerful. It really penetrated my thinking. It gave me the feeling that I could do more effective work with my life programming!

The book is divided into 24 parts and is a series of mental exercises each building on the last. It gives specific directions for entering the meditative state, affirming, visualizing, etc. It is not brand new information but it is so well presented.

I am grateful to my friend for his gift because it reminded me of a method I had not used in quite a while. Many people do “treasure mapping” or the use of a story board with words and pictures to keep their goals in mind. I use that technique but in a slightly different way.

Taking one particular area of desire, I write what I intend to have in my life in as much detail as I can. That intention may have to do with anything from business, to physical health, or relationships. Next, I begin to really analyze what I have written and adjust my ideas.

Thoughts have power by themselves, particularly repetitive thoughts, but I feel the written word carries a stronger more exacting and pointed energy. So, when I am satisfied that my intention is as clear as I can make it, I record it on a cassette in my own voice. In other words, I create a recording telling myself my ultimate goal in as much detail as I can imagine.

By playing that tape in private morning and evening, I saturate my thinking with positive direction. It works for me. It might work for you as well.

I am ready to help you with any life questions you may have. Your guides, masters and teachers will speak through me with clear answers to any challenge you are confronting. Call for your confidential psychic reading appointment today.

DAYDREAM IT!

As some of you may know, I plan to offer a Dream Workshop this February. I have given workshops on dreams previously but this time I especially want to freshen my ideas, given them a little more shine. After all my home church, the Church of the Angels, in Venice, Florida deserves the very best.

As I thought about what I might do to make the work more relevant, exciting or compelling, I realized that I have totally ignored one valuable aspect of dreams. I have always spoken of dream interpretation, compiling a personal dream dictionary, creating a resolution dream, inviting a lucid dream and more, but I never before touched on the inherent value, importance and effect of daydreams

Had you ever thought about your day dreams? Perhaps they are not strictly dreams in the usual sense but they do have some of the same characteristics. They seem to tell stories without our specific guidance or control. They feel as if they wander in without our invitation similar to the arrival of our night time dreams.

WHAT MIGHT WE EXPECT IF WE TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK AT OUR DAYDREAMS AS THEY ARE HAPPENING?

What if we did not allow them the freedom to proceed willy-nilly without supervision but took charge of their content in a positive way? For example, my daughter and I have very different ideas about everything. More than once during a conversation with her, I have found myself biting my tongue, holding back some pretty harsh words. Then later I would find myself mentally changing what had just happened and saying exactly what I really thought!

Do you ever do that? Do you keep replaying an unhappy encounter and adding fuel to the fire until your stomach knots up? What kind of results come from that kind of daydream or replay and redesign of a situation? What kind of results come from amplifying the worst?

If redesign is on the negative side, it can bring into the physical round two of the same problem with the same players. Our minds when fueled with emotions can be mighty creators.

On the other hand, if you or I can catch ourselves in that kind of ongoing daydream and change it, some much more positive results may be forthcoming. Certainly we can be much more peaceful.

In the situation I recounted could I allow my daughter to hold different opinions without making her wrong? Perhaps just my own thought of how much I love my daughter and how much I know she loves me, could head off the next episode.

We hear a lot about how powerful our words, thoughts and emotions are, about how important it is to see the direction that they are going. I feel it would profit us to apply similar control to those daydreams that flit in and out of our consciousness all day long.

Look closely at the subject of your daydreams and decide if that is what you really want to appear in your life! CONSIDER THAT YOUR OFTEN REPEATED DAYDREAM SCENARIO MAY BE JUST AROUND THE CORNER WAITING TO GREET YOU.

All your personal life plans can be clarified and adjusted through the channeling of the wise help of your guides and angels. If you have questions today concerning any impending decisions or simply want a comforting word or thought from a departed loved one, call me for your confidential counseling appointment. You will receive a complete recording of your confidential session for your later review.
